This drop-in class is the perfect place for new students and those who want to brush up on some basics. No flexibility required! This welcoming and playful class will introduce the foundations and proper alignment of common yoga poses. Basic breathing techniques, simple guided meditations, and restorative postures will also be introduced.
This class will be open to any students using a drop in, 10-class or unlimited pass!
TO PREPARE: Buy any of several class pass options online or at the studio via cash or cheque made payable to Peterborough Living Yoga.
WHAT TO BRING: comfortable clothing and an openness to try something new!
Note that yoga mats are available to use at Peterborough Living Yoga, at no extra charge. Numerous other props are also available for use at the studio.
