My mindfulness and yoga offerings are deeply rooted in self-care and inner inquiry.

I completed a 200 hour hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 and have since continued my yoga education through various teacher trainings and workshops on topics including restorative yoga, the Tensegrity Repair Series, ayurveda, self-massage, and mindful strengthening techniques.
