This class offers strengthening and uplifting postures and vinyasa flows. Through the lens of alignment-based yoga, we will balance focused muscular engagement with active stretching, mindful strength, as well as breath and body awareness. It is the perfect place to build some heat, positive energy, and balance to carry you through your busy week. Some movement or yoga experience is recommended.
