Throughout this 8-week course, you will be guided on slow walks through the fields and forests. Each session will be interspersed with invitations to pause, explore your senses,
connect to nature, and interact with the group, ending with sharing a wild-foraged herbal tea. This is a wonderful way to receive the healing benefits of nature and build relationship with the land.
This class will take place rain or shine! Please remember to dress for the weather. You will be provided with a stool or foam pad to make stillness during mindfulness activities more comfortable.
Cost: $80 for 8 weeks ($40 for Wellness Centre members!)
Location: We will be using the Fleming College trails. Trail access is from the main visitor parking area for the college.
