New in our community this summer! These short and sweet drop-in sessions are designed to be accessible - offered in local neighbourhood parks for a low fee*.
Nature Mindfulness Drop-ins are based loosely on the ideas of Forest Therapy, also known as 'forest bathing' or 'shinrin-yoku'. Each session will be a little different from the next. But generally, we will move slowly and mindfully, taking time to breathe, notice our surroundings, and drop in to our senses. I will include an 'invitation' or two for simple nature connection activities along the way.

TO PREPARE: Fill out the Intake and Liability Waiver Form if this is your first event with Rooted Heart. Please bring the completed form with you to the session or email it to me ahead of time.
WHAT TO BRING: whatever you need to be comfortable outdoors for ~1 hour:
sun protection and insect repellent
long pants, close-toed shoes, and socks are recommended
if rain is forecast, please bring appropriate clothing and if possible, an umbrella
