During this session, you will be guided through an exploration of your senses and be given the opportunity to deepen your connection with nature. I will lead you on a slow and gentle walk interspersed with invitations to pause, explore, and connect with the natural world and each other. The terrain will mainly be flat, with some mindful wandering off of maintained trails, and you will be provided with a foam pad or stool to sit on during mindfulness activities. At the end of the walk you will be treated to a wild-foraged herbal tea and a light snack around a cozy campfire.

TO PREPARE: Fill out the Intake and Liability Waiver Form if this is your first event with Rooted Heart. Please bring the completed form with you to the session or email it to me ahead of time.
WHAT TO BRING: whatever you need to be comfortable outdoors for ~2.5 hours:
rain/snow gear - we will carry on with the walk through light rain or snow
layered clothing - we will be moving slowly, and be still for periods of time, so you will feel cooler than on a hike
water bottle or warm drink
