My teaching style is rooted in safe alignment and open heartedness. I completed a 200 hour hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 and have since continued my yoga education through various teacher trainings and workshops on topics including restorative yoga, the Tensegrity Repair Series, ayurveda, self-massage, and mindful strengthening techniques. My favourite yoga practices include strong and slow flows, restorative postures, and processes to deepen inner inquiry.
