While individual yoga classes and forest therapy sessions can be a great way to tap into self care, sometimes a little extra time is needed to really build and nourish deep connections. This 3-day retreat will offer you gently guided meditation, yoga, and forest therapy practices, as well as the solitude you need to relax and rejuvenate. Located at Maple Ki Spirit Waters Retreat, which is situated on 33 forested acres, with over 1,600 feet of private shoreline on a peaceful lake, and adjacent to hundreds of acres of crown land. In this stunning wilderness-like setting we will deepen our connections to the land and water and bask in the slowing-down of the autumn season.
